A list of things to be carried

The Fees Include
• Transportation & common accommodation from Delhi to Delhi • Vegetarian meals along the trek route from the Base Camp to Base Camp. • Sleeping bag, mattress, tents, kitchen tent, toilet tent, utensils and crampon (if required). • Professional outdoor experts, guide, cook and support staff. • All necessary entry fees and permits. • First aid medical kit. • Porters/mules to carry common equipment.
The Fees does not include
• Clothing of personal nature like trek shoes, kit bags, day packs, down jackets and other special clothing etc. • Meals during transit from Delhi to Base Camp and back, • Medical expenses (apart from first aid). • Insurance. • Any kind of shopping, mineral water, optional sightseeing, and any other expenses of personal nature. • Bag offloading charges. • Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses. • Any other item not mentioned in the cost include section.

Tour Plan :

01
Day 1: Delhi → Delhi

Report at Majnu ka tila at 5.00 pm and proceed to Naggar(Manali) by Volvo at 5 pm. Overnight bus journey.

Day 2: Naggar Base Camp → Naggar Base Camp

Arr. Naggar early morning & transfer to Base Camp. Acclimatization trek to the Heritage village Naggar, visit Naggar castle, Roerich art gallery and ancient temples. Afternoon: mountain sports climbing, High rope activities : Commando net, Swinging bridge, Plank walk, Burma bridge, sloth walk and obstacles. The day ends with the bone fire after dinner.

Day 3: Naggar Base Camp → Naggar Base Camp

Naggar Base Camp - River Crossing and rappelling at picturesque village Nashala. After Lunch orientation and preparation for the trek. They ends with an adventure movie and camp fire after dinner.

Day 4: Naggar Base Camp → Ghan Kraree

Naggar Base Camp - Ghan Kraree (Approx. 9,200 feet – 4-5 hrs. trek) Trek Starts from Naggar and passes through some old villages of Kullu valley, beautiful meadows and the thick forest of pine and oak. Camp at the beautiful Steling.

Day 5: Ghan Kraree → Chaklani

Ghan Kraree - Chaklani (Approx. 10,400 feet 4-5 hrs. trek) Initially a steep ascend through Pine, Oak and Birch trees and then a gradual ascend on a grassy pastures takes us to Shedu pathar and further the Chaklani, an open field, where the valley exposes the view of the whole surrounding ranges. Camp at Chaklani. ( Camp is surrounded by thick layer of snow in the month of April)

Day 6: Chaklani - Chandrakhani Pass → Chaklani

Chaklani – Chandrakhani Pass (11,800 feet) – Chaklani (10,400 feet 6-7 hrs trek) The trek is gradual uphill on a snowfield till Chanderkhani Pass (11,800 feet). The pass iscovered with snow till end of May - a heaven for nature lovers. The high peaks of Dhauladhar and Peer Panjal Ranges are in your full view. Back to Chaklani camp in the evening.

Day 7: Chaklani → Naggar Base Camp

Chaklani – Naggar - The return journey to the Base Camp is a descend up-to Naggar that passes through beautiful meadows, forests and old villages of the Kullu valley.

Day 8: Naggar → Naggar

Optional rafting adventure trip and proceed to Delhi by bus in the evening. Overnight bus journey.

09
Day 9: Naggar → Delhi

Arr. Delhi at 8 am at Majnu ka tila and proceed for your onward journey back home.
