    Departure from Delhi towards Manali by private bus

    Arrival at Manali and transfer to Solang Nala which would remain your skiing destination. You would be given a detailed introduction of the next few days that you are going to spend in this pristine wilderness

    Departure from Solang Nala and reach Manali where your return journey to Delhi begins. Overnight bus journey

    Proceed for Delhi by train in the morning. Arrival at New Delhi by 1pm and proceed for your onward journey back home

Things to Carry: Elementary Skiing Course

  • Ski Socks (Knee length)
  • Ski Pants (any outdoor waterproof pants will do)
  • Windproof jacket
  • Gloves (waterproof with a warm layer inside)
  • Sunglasses / Ski Goggles
  • Neck Gaiter
  • Warm Cap
  • 3 sets of Quick Dry T shirts
  • 2 pairs of Quick Dry Pants
  • Thermals
  • Toiletries

You will be provided with all the equipment needed for the skiing course - skis, ski poles, helmets, ski boots. If you have ski equipment of your own then you can carry the same for the course.

Important Notes

    The weather conditions here can be unpredictable, the temperature goes down to -15 degrees; it may be challenging to adapt to the cold and stay warm while learning to ski. Maintaining balance and coordination while skiing can be another challenge for beginners. Skiing involves using muscles and movements that might be unfamiliar, leading to falls and difficulty in controlling speed. But these are all just part of learning a new skill - nothing to lose sleep over!

Important Information

    - All participants are requested to book refundable air tickets.
    - Yuvashakti operates tereks only upon receiving a minimum of ten registrations for a particular trek.
    - In the event of Yuvashakti not receiving sufficient number of participants for particular trek, those who would have registered with us will be given an option of a full refund of the participation fees.
    - Else they can select any other trek on the smae date or should be willing to trek on their own without a leader from Yuvashakti
    - Our local vendors will organize the trek for them which will be handled in a hassle-free manner, the participants must be only prepared to trek with local outdoor experts but without a group leader from Yuvashakti.
